Hello. Nice to meet you.
With a unique blend of skills in web development, instructional tech, statistical programming, quantitative analysis, and IT engineering, I strive to improve key performance outcomes and create engaging, accessible experience for every stakeholder.
About Me
I’m Subash. I work at the intersection of instructional technology, enterprise survey platforms, and institutional analytics—engineering learning and analytics systems where security, governance, and outcomes are non-negotiable.
In my current role, I support organization-wide survey operations and analytics (including Qualtrics governance), build reporting workflows and dashboards, and partner with teams to use data responsibly for evaluation and continuous improvement. I’m especially interested in how institutions operationalize privacy, access control, and decision accountability across learning platforms and feedback systems.
Outside of work, I enjoy the outdoors, reading on systems thinking and learning sciences, and staying current on practical cybersecurity and data governance.

Writing
Learning Analytics Fail Without Governance
Institutions collect a lot of learning data—survey responses, LMS activity, training evaluations, outcome metrics—and still struggle to make decisions confidently. The typical symptoms are familiar: dashboards that get viewed once, reports that don’t change behavior, and “insights” that never become action. This is not a tooling problem. It is a governance problem. When governance is missing, analytics becomes a compliance artifact (something we produce) instead of an operational capability (something we use).

Over the past year, I embarked on a journey to integrate three powerful tools—Qualtrics, Power BI, and Copilot—to not only streamline our survey processes but also to generate actionable insights that can bridge critical gaps in our understanding.
