Hello, I’m Subash. I engineer enterprise learning and analytics systems where security, governance, and outcomes are non-negotiable. I work at the intersection of instructional technology, survey and feedback platforms, and institutional reporting—helping teams turn data into accountable decisions. My day-to-day includes Qualtrics administration and governance, learning analytics workflows, and dashboards that support evaluation and continuous improvement across higher education and public-sector environments.
